LOCATION:
There are lots of reasons, making Baan Tai and "First Villa" so popular, and here some of them.
You can arrange a taxi 24 hours or rent motorbike or car. In 15 minutes ride there are Srittanu, Haad Rin (Full-Moon beach), Haad Yao or Haad Salad (West part of island) and Chaloklum (North), a bit more - and you are on the east of island, here are Thong Nai Pan Yai & Noi, Than Sadeth and Than Prapard. In few minutes are the Thong Sala town with its Saturday street market, shops and port and few of the most famous party festival spots, such as a “Half-Moon” or “Black-Moon”.

Baan Tai beach is a central and desirable location for those who want to explore the island easy and fast. Hire the motor bike/car or use a taxi - all main island spots in 10- max. 20 min away! Most of the roads today are concrete and without any dangers - check it with our staff for recommendations.

FAMILIES
Here we have rare combination of pool, beach and lots of shops and restaurants around. Our pool area has separate jacuzzi (which loved by children and adults), and don't has any noise. Most of regular festivals and Thongsala Saturday market are in walking distance.
EXPERIENCED PARTY-GOERS
Its easy to recognize the "experienced" party-goer. Those people will not stay in the center of mess and will prefer quiet resort, where is so good to come back to relax after.
